Fast, Simple and Easy typing in Sanskrit, Hindi, Arabic, Marathi, Konkani, Sindhi, Kashmiri, Nepali, Tamil, Urdu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Telugu, Oriya and Assamese.
SMS-style simple typing rules:
Rule 1
Type the phonetically nearest English alphabet repeatedly till you see the character you want onscreen. Same as you type on your mobile phone while sending a text message (SMS).Type S once for સ, twice for શ and thrice for ષ.
Also, to attach ર to an alphabet as in ક્ર, કૃ type R repeatedly after the alphabet.
For ક્રમ, type K R R M ,
For કૃપા, type K R R R P A.
Rule 2
For half characters, type X after the alphabet. For ગુપ્તા, type G U P X T A.For કર્મા K R X M A.
Rule 3
Type Z to get all the special characters and symbols in Gujarati.Thus, for typing મં , type M Z.
To type અઃ , type A A Z Z Z Z.
Repeatedly type the closest sounding key till you see the correct script character.
Type x after the character to get its half-character.
Type z after the character to add a special symbol of the script.
Example: For શ type ss For ક્ર type krr For શુક્રવાર type ssukrrvar
