મિત્રો 

લગભગ દરેક બાળ રોગ નિષ્ણાંત ને 50% થી વધુ માતાનો રોજબરોજ પૂછાતો સવાલ છે સાહેબ મારા બાળકને શું ખવડાવુ કે તે ખૂબ સરસ તંદુરસ્ત રહે... અને પછી અનેક સલાહો અને થોડી દવાઓ લખવા સાહેબને ઘણી વાર મજબૂર કરવામાં પણ આ મમ્મીની લાગણી કામ કરી જતી હોય છે તો આજે પ્રસ્તુત છે આ સવાલનો સરળ જવાબ ....!!!
