Required Skills:
· Minimum 1..5 + years
of development experience in the Microsoft environment.
· Should
be technically very sound in .NET.
· Strong Relational Database
experience, DBMS, (SQL Server/Oracle/
· Excellent
communication skill.
· Hands
on experience of Project Estimation &Analysis of
requirement specifications .
Roles and
Responsibilities:
· You will be
responsible for complete execution of projects including team management.
· You will need to
interact with the clients and/or the team during software development and
delivery life cycle.
· You will be required
to have an understanding of the complete scope of work assigned, its usage,
technical architecture and functionality.
· You will provide the
technical leadership to your teams and are responsible for all client
deliverables as per the project processes and guidelines.
· In addition a hands
on person by nature, it is expected that you will have a habit of taking
initiatives for better execution and will show strong leadership and mentoring
potential.
· Estimate
development tasks and technical design effort as required
