KIPL is looking to build Project Leaders and ideal candidates are the once who have good comprehension, crisp logic, excellent communication skills and fundamental technical strength and only one passion i.e. their work.

Required Skills:

 

·         Minimum 1.5 + years of development experience in the Microsoft environment.

·         Should be technically very sound in .NET.

·         Strong Relational Database experience, DBMS, (SQL Server/Oracle/Access)

·         Excellent communication skill.

·         Hands on experience of Project Estimation & Analysis of requirement specifications .

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         You will be responsible for complete execution of projects including team management..

·         You will need to interact with the clients and/or the team during software development and delivery life cycle.

·         You will be required to have an understanding of the complete scope of work assigned, its usage, technical architecture and functionality.

·         You will provide the technical leadership to your teams and are responsible for all client deliverables as per the project processes and guidelines.

·         In addition a hands on person by nature, it is expected that you will have a habit of taking initiatives for better execution and will show strong leadership and mentoring potential.

·         Estimate development tasks and technical design effort as required
