Justice Bilal Nazki is thoroughly and blatantly biased against me, for filing complaints against him and for having steadfastly pursued the demolition of illegal police chowkies, originally ordered by Justice Shri J N Patel. B. Justice Bilal Nazki, ousted me on 11th September 2008 from petition Cr WP/1679 /07, and brought an end to my efforts, to break the nexus between the Mumbai police and a advertising company in a fraudulent scheme, through which they continue earning Crores of Rupees every month, definitely with huge payoffs to the Mumbai Police. It is earnings from advertisement booths on busy traffic intersections all over the city of Mumbai. C. As Justice Nazki is to hear petition on 17/2/09.
