Technical Check For The Coming Week
Yet another up trending week, the twelfth one in a row, making it best quarter since 2008. Market opened with a weak note previous week and remained subdued for the first two days, thereafter strong short covering emerged ahead of F & O expiry of May '09. As a result market had continuous up move for the remaining three days. Finally Spot Nifty ended the week at 4449 up by 210 points or 5%. BSE Sensex closed at 14625.25 with a net gain of 738.10 points or 5.31%, BSE Midcap index closed at 5056.74 gaining 301.06 points or 6.33%, BSE Small cap indices closed at 5986.82 with a net gain of 473.66 points or 8.59%. The volume was much more than the previous week and the breadth of the market was mostly positive. During the week the Midcap and Smallcap indices have also gained more than 5%. Technically speaking in the Spot Nifty weekly candlestick chart another bullish candle stick has emerged in continuation to the previous week's one which depicts further bullishness.
