Technical Check & Market Outlook

An astonishing recovery followed by a weak opening in the morning where Spot Nifty had an amazing pull back where Spot Nifty had intraday swing of more than 170 points. Taking the weak global cues market opened in the negative territory but soon buying emerged at the lower level and Spot Nifty bounced back from 4400 zone thereafter market had never looked back catching the short sellers in the wrong foot finally to close at 4550.95 gaining 121 points or 2.73%. BSE Sensex was at 15127.00 up by 461.08 points or 3.14%, BSE Midcap closed at 5275.72 up by 160.87 points or 3.15% whereas Small Cap Indices closed at 6185.61 gaining 101.73 points or 3.04%. The volume was more than that of the previous trading session. Technically speaking in the Spot Nifty daily candle stick chart a big day bullish candlestick has emerged following an engulfing bearish candle one of Monday. Presently the Spot Nifty minor trend is moving sideways within the band of 4450 – 4650, also Spot Nifty is moving above all its long and short term moving averages. Read Report
