Communicate with customer and give satisfactory / convincing answers to customer. Test and deploy new versions of application / products. Quickly understand problem and provide fast solution. Desired Profile: Excellent communication skills. Good Convincing Power, soft spoken , should be able to hold customer. Should have knowledge of SQL queries and databases like MySQL, SQL Server Knowledge of any of VB6, .net , Java, Linux is added advantage Education /Qualification : Minimum graduate with one year of support experience.
