• IBN18 Broadcast Limited, formerly Global Broadcast News Limited, is an India-based company. The Company is in the business of broadcasting, telecasting, relaying and transmitting general news programmes

• It operates 24 hours Hindi and English language news, current affairs channel,business channels and internet portals. The Group operates two general news channels: CNN IBN and IBN 7.

• Its subsidiaries include RVT Media Private Limited, Jagran TV Private Limited, Viacom18 Media Private Limited, BK Fincap Private Limited and Television Eighteen India Limited.

• Network 18 Media & Investments Limited (Network18) is the holding company of IBN18 Broadcast Limited.

Deposit Highlights:

• An additional interest of 0.5% per annum shall be given to the Employees of the Network18 Group & Senior Citizens above the age of 60 years

• Deposit shall be for a minimum of Rs. 10,000/- and in multiple of Rs. 1,000/- thereafter.

• Deposits will be accepted from Resident Individuals, Trusts & HUFs (through Karta) & Shareholder of the Company.

• TDS will be deducted, if the amount of interest in respect of Fixed Deposit/cumulative deposit paid will exceed Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) in a financial year.

• Cheque/Draft made in favour of "IBN18 - Fixed Deposits". If you are sending form from out of Mumbai then either cheque should be at par or DD will only accepted.

• Deposits will be accepted by the Company in joint names, not exceeding three in number.

• Fixed Deposit Receipt will be sent to the Depositor from the Company's Registere Office at New Delhi within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of money or realisation of cheque/bank drafts in the Company's account

• Nomination Facility available.
