If you remember,

last time on my forum

some nuisance ( foreigners-  dating guys ) people were joining automatically on and on under diff. IDs ,  ( despite of my kicking several times )

and were delivering some junk advt. porno mails of their own ,  ( along with my e-mails, going automatically to other indian people )

for which I was  having  NO control, so finally for last 6+ months,

 I put my forum on a  ( all strict controls on ) status that

no one can join by themselves as well as, 

also can not post anything. ( By that way I do not need to  monitor it,... permit/allow/disallow those dating  posts, to read or to  check them daily ......etc

I just needed some space,  ( too bad that MSN forum closed )  where I can have my own room to post something ,

for  which I can send links to the related forums, friends, family  ... etc.
