જી રે લાખા ! ઋષિ રે વૈશંપાયન… – સતી લોયણ

આટકોટના લંપટ રાજવી લાખો વિલાસી હતો‚ તે લોયણના સ્વરૂપ પાછળ અંધ બનેલો. લોયણને સ્પર્શ કરવા જતાં તે કોઢિયો થયો. તે પછી લોયણ એના કોઢ સાથેની કાયાનું જતન અને સેવા સુશ્રુષા કરતાં કરતાં વર્ષો સુધી તેને મુક્તિનો – અલખનો મારગ બતાવતાં ૮૪ જેટલાં ભજનો લાખાને ઉદેશીને ગાયેલા. પ્રસ્તુત ભજનમાં પણ લોયણ લાખાને નિજ ધરમ વિશે સમજાવે છે. સરળ અને પ્રત્યક્ષ વાત રૂપે કહેવાયેલ ઉદાહરણોથી આ ભજન જેટલું સરળ બને છે એટલું જ ગૂઢ રહસ્ય પણ તેમાં સમાયું છે
