Please find TERM SHEET of Public issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited which is opening on January 7, 2019 and will close on January 31, 2019.
The salient features of the Issue are as follows:
- Issue Size: Rs. 200 crore plus green shoe option of Rs. 500 crore total aggregating to Rs.700 crore
- Annualized return upto 9.70% p.a.
- Additional coupon of 0.25% p.a to senior citizen.
- Credit Rating of AA+/Stable" from CRISIL & "IND AA+/ Outlook stable" by India Ratings.
- Issuance of NCDs will be in Demat mode through ASBA only.
- Flexible Tenure: 3 years, 5 Years and 10 Years.
- Interest options: Monthly, Annual and Cumulative options.
- The NCDs are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE Ltd.
- NCDs will be allotted on first cum first serve basis.
- Minimum Application amount of Rs. 10,000 (10 NCDs).
- No Tax deduction at Source (TDS).
