[Gujarati Club] Fusion-poetry: Is this a wake-up call?

 

Dear friend, Time waits for nobody & sooner or later only those things survive which allow themselves to get modified as per the need of the time... Isn't it? Talking about a type of poetry, this is the era where we are witnessing one more poetry-style getting extinct at least from Gujarati literature... SONNET is all I am talking about for now. There are very few poets who indulge in sonnet writing & even fewer readres who love to read them... Can we do something which prevent Sonnet from dying? Can we fuse Ghazal with Sonnet?
